Refund policy

Effective Date: April 2025

At Course Correct Golf, LLC, every product is made-to-order just for you. Because of this, we do not offer returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse (e.g., ordering the wrong size, changing your mind). However, if your order arrives damaged or there's a manufacturing issue, we've got you covered.


Returns & Refunds Policy

We work with trusted print-on-demand partners—Printify and Apliiq—to create custom products made just for you. Due to the nature of made-to-order items, we have a specific policy in place for returns, refunds, and replacements.


All Sales Are Final

As all products are custom printed or embroidered to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size ordered (please double-check sizing before ordering)

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier or customs


Return/Refund Eligibility

We gladly offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:

  • Product arrives damaged or defective

  • Wrong item, color, or size was sent due to fulfillment error

  • Item is lost in transit and confirmed undelivered


What We Need

To resolve issues quickly, please email us at [your email address] with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A clear description of the issue

  3. Photos of the item showing the defect, damage, or error

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery for Printify orders, and within 30 days for Apliiq orders.


Provider-Specific Notes

Printify Orders

  • Replacements or refunds are offered for defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled items.

  • No returns for size issues unless it was a fulfillment error.

Apliiq Orders

  • Apliiq offers a “First Fix Free” guarantee: your first claim is replaced at no cost if eligible.

  • They require claims to be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Apliiq does not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse or incorrect size choice.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn, washed, or altered items

  • Custom-embroidered products

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Items returned without contacting us first


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • If the item needs to be returned (rare), we’ll provide instructions.

Reminder

Since each item is made to order, we highly recommend checking size guides and product details before purchasing to avoid issues – 100% Cotton items will shrink, size up is unsure.
